According to the announcement, Huadian Science and Technology Co., Ltd., together with Fujian Electric Power Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. of China Power Construction Group, has officially signed the "EPC General Contract for Section 1 of the National Offshore Wind Power Research and Testing Base Changle Offshore D and E Zone Offshore Test Wind Farm Project" with Fujian Huayi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.
