On May 6, 2026, the EPC general contracting bidding for the 1 million kilowatt wind power project in Zhonghong Huan County was officially launched. The project is located in Huan County, Qingyang City, Gansu Province, with wind turbine sites covering four township areas: Huan Cheng Town, Hedao Town, Yanwu Township, and Mubo Town. The core area of the site is approximately 25 kilometers away from the county seat, with a total installed capacity of 1 GW, or 1 million kilowatts.

According to this bidding announcement, there is a total of one bidding section, which will be implemented through EPC general contracting. Its scope of work covers the full process design of the wind farm area, procurement of all equipment, civil engineering construction, equipment installation and commissioning operations. At the same time, it is required to cooperate in completing temporary land use procedures, grid connection acceptance processes, and supporting ancillary projects such as environmental protection and water conservation. Supervision services and equipment supervision work are not within the scope of this bidding. The owner unit of the project is Huanxian Zhonghong New Energy Co., Ltd. Based on previously disclosed information, the total investment of the project is about 4.4 billion yuan.
