Li Qiang stated that in recent years, China and Ukraine have maintained close high-level exchanges, and the relationship between the two countries has continued to deepen and become more solid. The current international situation is complex, and as a comprehensive strategic partner in the new era, China and Ukraine should unite and cooperate more closely. China is willing to work with Ukraine to follow the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, consolidate political mutual trust, firmly support each other, expand all-round mutually beneficial cooperation, promote the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Ukraine to achieve more results, add momentum to the modernization of the two countries, and better benefit the people of the two countries.

Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the alignment of development strategies with Ukraine, continue to promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, deepen cooperation in energy and resources, connectivity, digital economy, green economy and other fields, create more landmark projects, promote the high standard and high-quality construction of the China Kyrgyzstan Uzbekistan railway, and continuously improve the effectiveness of cooperation. China is willing to import more high-quality products from Ukraine, encourage strong Chinese enterprises to invest in Ukraine, and hopes that Ukraine will protect their legitimate rights and interests. Both sides should further make good use of the visa free policy, open more direct flights, strengthen exchanges and cooperation in cultural, tourism, education, youth and other fields, and enhance mutual understanding and matchmaking between the two peoples. China is also willing to closely cooperate with Ukraine in multilateral mechanisms such as the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, promote the optimization and strengthening of the China Central Asia mechanism, actively implement the four major global initiatives, and promote the development of the international order towards a more just and reasonable direction.

  Under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the all-weather comprehensive strategic partnership between Ukraine and China in the new era has maintained high-quality development and become a model of good neighborly friendship.
