In May's Namangan, heat and business opportunities are already floating in the air. In the government conference hall, the head of Linyi Lanshan Industrial Investment and Development Group unfolded the planning map and explained the blueprint in detail to the Chief Executive of Namangan Region, Shafkat Abdulrazakov. This is not an ordinary business visit, but an agreement about "building a city" in the hinterland of Central Asia. As both sides finalize the September return visit schedule, a modern industrial zone covering 100 hectares, the Kelayak Industrial Zone, is about to emerge from this hot land, providing an industrial springboard for Chinese capital to directly access Central Asia.

This planned industrial zone not only carries factories and production lines, but also replicates China's mature industrial park operation model. Among them, the supporting construction of the Foreign Investor Service Center will become a key link, aiming to provide one-stop services for settled enterprises from customer docking, government enterprise coordination to entrepreneurial support, directly responding to the urgent need of the Namangan region's long-term lack of a large-scale industrial carrying platform. This move will help Chinese companies overcome common obstacles in the early stages of overseas investment and achieve rapid landing and smooth operation.

Collaboration goes beyond park construction. The Namangan region and Linyi City in Shandong Province plan to sign a memorandum of understanding on friendly regional cooperation, paving the way for future deep cooperation in the form of an official agreement. This link led by the local government will greatly facilitate subsequent commercial circulation, personnel exchanges, and institutional integration. As a well-known logistics capital and market city in China, Linyi's development experience is expected to be systematically injected into Namangan through this mechanism, injecting new vitality into the regional economy.keywords:Engineering infrastructure

For the leading party Linyi Lanshan Industrial Investment and Development Group, this layout is an important strategic step for expanding its overseas territory and deepening its cultivation in the Central Asian market. The group aims to build the Namangan project into a new hub for industrial linkage between China and Central Asia, leveraging its comprehensive experience in investment attraction and industry cultivation accumulated domestically. By building physical bridges in the park and leveraging city friendly relationships to facilitate channels, Chinese enterprises are shifting from traditional commodity trade to deeper level production capacity cooperation and platform co construction, seizing the historic opportunity of economic transformation and upgrading in Central Asia.Editor/Yang Meiling
