On May 24, 2026, the 25th Baicheng Ashgabat 2026 International Expo held a high-end signing ceremony. In the digital field, the Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Communications and other departments of Turkmenistan have reached a cooperation consensus with Bitdil Technology Group of Singapore, signed a memorandum of cooperation, and worked together to build digital infrastructure and create a complete digital technology industry ecosystem. In the field of energy, Turkmenistan has reached a cooperation agreement with Murosystems, a Japanese company, to support local energy technology innovation and industrial modernization development; Local state-owned enterprises signed a contract with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Türkiye's Ç al ı k Enerji to provide professional operation and maintenance guarantee services for Garabogazkarbamid ammonia urea plant.
In the field of chemical industry, Turkmen Xigong has reached a cooperation agreement with Hong Kong Ricky Dessert, further consolidating the foundation of industrial cooperation and deepening bilateral pragmatic cooperation. In the field of transportation, Turkmenistan has partnered with German Inros Lackner SE, Shantui Engineering Machinery, and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group (Hong Kong) Investment Holdings to provide engineering consulting services, engineering machinery supply, fleet equipment upgrades, and other aspects of cooperation. In the municipal sector, local local enterprises have signed contracts to undertake the construction of livelihood projects such as schools, kindergartens, and medical centers, and continue to improve urban public service support.
