Anant Raj Limited, an Indian company deeply involved in infrastructure and real estate, continues to expand its digital infrastructure and data center industry. Recently, the company reached a cooperation agreement with the government of Haryana state in India, finalizing a large-scale investment layout to help upgrade the local digital infrastructure.

Anant Raj Limited, as a comprehensive infrastructure and real estate enterprise continuously increasing its digital infrastructure and expanding its data center business, has officially signed a memorandum of understanding with the government of Haryana, India. The enterprise plans to invest 20 billion rupees, equivalent to 2.1 billion US dollars, to build a large-scale data center infrastructure throughout Haryana state.

This investment is a new additional investment and does not include the company's existing or under construction power grid expansion projects. It is an independent special industrial investment. At present, Anant Raj has been operating a 28 MW information technology load in the two major parks of Manesar and Panchekula in the local area, while continuously expanding the layout of the Haryana data center industry.

Empowering regional development

The signing ceremony of this memorandum was successfully completed at the Haryana Manufacturing Policy Release Event in Haryana State, witnessed by the local Chief Minister and a group of government officials. The local policy focuses on attracting investment in emerging industries and fully promotes the accelerated development of regional industry and technology industry. With the special promotion of the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation and the Haryana Enterprise Promotion Center, the local area continues to optimize the industrial ecology and create a high-quality business environment for investment in data centers, information technology, and high-end infrastructure.

Anant Raj stated that after the implementation of the data center project, it will create approximately 6000 direct and indirect job opportunities, effectively empowering the development of the digital economy in Haryana and fully meeting the continuously rising demand for data storage, cloud services, and digital connectivity in the market.

Expand the market globally

Anant Raj, headquartered in Delhi, has already laid out a new data center track ahead of schedule. The enterprise will officially enter the data center field for the first time in September 2023, planning to transform three information technology sites in Haryana into professional data centers; In June 2024, we partnered with French telecommunications technology company Orange Business to launch cloud hosting services in India; In July 2025, we will once again increase our local layout and plan to build two new data center facilities in Haryana, striving to achieve a total construction capacity of 300 megawatts by 2032.

In addition to deeply cultivating Haryana state, the company continues to promote the expansion of India's entire industry. In November 2025, Anant Raj signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Andhra Pradesh government to plan and construct a new data center and information technology park. Anant Raj Cloud Computing Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, will invest 4.5 billion rupees, equivalent to 473 million US dollars, in two phases to build a high-end data center infrastructure and cloud service system.
