On June 10, 2026, Ambassador Li Ming went to Serbia's national radio and television station to give a live interview to the "Morning News" program, deeply interpreting the results of President Vu č i ć's state visit to China and the important consensus reached during the meeting between the two heads of state, and looking forward to the bright prospects of China Serbia relations under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state.

Ambassador Li stated that this visit has yielded fruitful results and is of great significance. One is to lead the China Serbia relationship to a new height. The two heads of state held a productive meeting and reached new important consensus on continuously promoting the construction of a community with a shared future between China and Serbia in the new era. The second is to push China Serbia cooperation into a new track. The two sides will work together to build the the Belt and Road in high quality, and expand cooperation in emerging areas such as artificial intelligence, digital economy, green energy, advanced manufacturing, so as to better empower the development of the two countries. Thirdly, it has sparked a new wave of strong friendship between China and Serbia. Both sides will make good use of the three-dimensional framework of "visa free+free trade+direct flights", comprehensively expand cooperation in culture, education, sports, tourism, local areas, etc., and inherit and carry forward the traditional friendship between China and Serbia.

Ambassador Li stated that China supports Belgrade in hosting the 2027 World Expo and is willing to actively participate in the exhibition, assist in the construction of supporting infrastructure for the Expo, share the experience of the Shanghai Expo, and promote this Expo as an important window for presenting the construction of a community of shared future between China and Serbia in the new era, "towards the new", "towards the green", and "towards the wisdom".
