Above the vast golden sea, the giant steel pipe gallery module is in place and accurately fits the construction point. The construction of the Jintang cross-sea pipe gallery has no previous case reference, no mature experience for reference, complex offshore conditions, and ultra-high installation accuracy requirements, so that this project has attracted much attention from the industry since its inception. The project team faces many practical problems such as strong winds at sea, limited construction in the sea area, and easy deformation of heavy modules, abandons the traditional construction mode, relies on independent technological innovation and refined on-site management and control, and overcomes the rare construction barriers in the industry step by step. All module slip operations are successfully completed, and new breakthroughs in offshore construction of domestic petrochemicals are unlocked with hard-core verification. 

Steady transport super large module 

The cross-sea pipeline corridor of Jintang new material project is the first cross-sea pipeline corridor project in China, and it is also the core supporting facility of the project. It bears the important responsibility of efficient connection of raw materials, products and public engineering materials, and supports the transformation and upgrading of regional petrochemical industry. A total of 31 super-large pipe gallery modules are laid in the project. The maximum weight of the single unit is 515 tons and the longest size is 43 meters. The parameters refresh the tonnage record of similar construction in China. In view of the characteristics of super-long, super-high and overweight modules, the construction team tailored an integrated special transportation plan, implemented refined management and standardized operations throughout the process, and did a solid job in module reinforcement and protection. Relying on the door-to-door escort mode, all giant modules are guaranteed to be transported smoothly and safely and accurately in place throughout the process, laying a solid foundation for subsequent hoisting and sliding construction.

Precision control high altitude hoisting 

The large-span and large-load hoisting at sea is prone to module deformation and center of gravity imbalance, which is the core construction difficulty of this project. In order to solve the pain point of this industry, the project team started its own 1600-ton crawler crane and carried out the operation with the 72-meter main arm working condition. At the same time, the 600-ton special large-span hoisting balance beam was independently developed and manufactured. After several rounds of structural checking calculation and scheme optimization and adjustment, the interference of offshore construction was effectively offset, the attitude of the module was accurately controlled, and the first large-span pipe gallery module in China was successfully completed. High-altitude precise hoisting at sea has completely overcome the problem of unbalanced deformation of large-tonnage pipe gallery hoisting at sea. Keywords : Jintang new material project, petrochemical pipe gallery, offshore hoisting, technological innovation

Innovative cross-sea construction 

Under the construction conditions of no precedent, no experience and no standard, the project team has boldly broken through the traditional construction thinking and innovatively adopted the new construction technology of high-altitude bridge deck jacking and sliding. At the same time, the PLC intelligent hydraulic transfer trolley with the dual functions of lifting and sliding is independently developed to realize the synchronous linkage operation of dozens of equipment, accurately complete the aerial sliding construction of single module up to 400 meters, and the operation accuracy and construction efficiency are greatly improved. The construction was successfully completed, which fully demonstrated the hard core strength of the enterprise in the field of large-scale equipment hoisting and transportation, and also accumulated valuable experience for the construction of large-tonnage petrochemical pipe gallery in China.
