In June, the Turpan Basin witnessed a hot wave, while in the vast Gobi of Shanshan County, a battle about green transformation is quietly starting. As the giant arm of the crane slowly swings, a wind turbine unit with a single capacity of 6.25 megawatts begins to precisely dock. This is not only a competition between steel and technology, but also a sounding horn for oilfield workers to march towards new energy. The first million kilowatt clean energy project in the oil field, the Turpan Shanshan 1 million kilowatt wind power project, has finally ushered in a historic moment of the first wind turbine hoisting, marking a new stage of engineering construction from underground foundations to aerial assembly.

The first hanging successfully broke through the bottleneck

This lifting operation is located in the 5th wind power planning area and is the throat battle of the entire project construction. The first wind turbine lifting cycle is expected to take 7 to 10 days. Its successful start not only verifies the feasibility of the construction plan, but also opens up the key channel for subsequent batch lifting and solves the current bottleneck of the project. At present, the three major areas are undergoing synchronous construction and collaborative efforts, with overall progress stable and controllable, and all key nodes are under control.

Over 90% of the wind farm foundation is built

Before the installation of the wind turbine reaches the cloud, the ground foundation work has already begun. The data shows that all 160 lifting platforms have been completed, providing a solid foothold for the behemoths. 151 foundation excavations for wind turbines have been completed, with a construction progress of 94.4%. At the same time, the concrete pouring of 54 wind turbine foundations has been completed, with a completion rate of 33.7%. The processes of cushion layer pouring, anchor cage installation, and steel bar binding are progressing in an orderly manner like an assembly line, ensuring that each tower can firmly root in the Gobi Desert.

Accelerate supporting projects together

In addition to wind turbines, the construction of supporting facilities is also racing against time. As an important part of regulating the power supply, the construction of the 100000 kW electrochemical energy storage system is nearing completion. 20 of the 40 battery compartment foundations have been poured, and 8 of the 20 energy storage box transformer foundations have been completed. Each process is seamlessly connected and waiting for the equipment to enter the site. At the same time, the construction of the 220 kV wind power collection station is accelerating comprehensively, with SVG foundation pouring completed by 90% and GIS foundation pouring completed by 75%. The entire station foundation construction plan is scheduled to be completed by the end of June, which will provide strong support for the continuous transmission of green power.keywords:New energy information network

The total installed capacity of the project is 1 million kilowatts, and after completion and operation, the annual power generation can reach 1.669 billion kilowatt hours. It can save about 503400 tons of standard coal and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.3389 million tons annually, with significant ecological and energy security benefits.Editor/Yang Meiling
