Li Qiang stated that under the strategic guidance of Chinese President and President Hu Jintao, China Mongolia relations have maintained a good development momentum, and mutually beneficial cooperation between the two sides has continuously made new progress, bringing tangible benefits to the two peoples. China and Mongolia are friendly neighbors connected by mountains and rivers, and also comprehensive strategic partners. China has always placed its relations with Mongolia in an important position in its diplomacy with neighboring countries. We are willing to work together with Mongolia to further strengthen political mutual trust, firmly support each other's core interests and major concerns, continuously expand pragmatic cooperation in various fields, and strive to build a China Mongolia community of shared future characterized by peaceful coexistence, mutual assistance, and win-win cooperation.

Li Qiang pointed out that China is willing to strengthen the docking of development strategies with Mongolia, leverage complementary economic advantages, deepen cooperation in agricultural product trade, coal and mineral resources, people's livelihood and other fields, promote the development of new formats such as cross-border e-commerce, digital economy, artificial intelligence, and solidly promote the interconnection of infrastructure such as border ports and railways, and move forward hand in hand on the road to modernization. The demand potential of China's super large market is accelerating, and we welcome Mongolia to make good use of platforms such as the China International Import Expo, actively explore the Chinese market, and share more development opportunities. We also hope that Mongolia will continue to create a good business environment and effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese enterprises in Mongolia.  

Uqierle stated that Mongolia and China are friendly neighboring countries with a shared destiny and spirit. The development of bilateral relations has always followed the principles of mutual respect, non-interference in each other's internal affairs, equality and mutual benefit. In recent years, high-level exchanges between the two countries have been continuous, and pragmatic cooperation has yielded fruitful results. Mongolia firmly adheres to the One China principle, and issues related to Tibet, Xinjiang, and Hong Kong are China's internal affairs. Mongolia is willing to strengthen the alignment between its national development strategy and China's 15th Five Year Plan, deepen cooperation in bilateral trade, connectivity, infrastructure, energy and mining, agriculture, green economy and other fields, and continuously enrich the connotation of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Mongolia and China. Mongolia highly appreciates the important role played by China in addressing global challenges and promoting world development, and is willing to strengthen inter party and multilateral communication and coordination with China to safeguard common interests.
