On June 27, 2026, the Solid State Energy Driven Intelligent Body Industry Robot Industrial Park in Tai'an High tech Zone officially completed the signing. Three dimensional Shaanxi Battery Technology Co., Ltd., as the main body of the project, signed a cooperation agreement with Tai'an High tech Zone on site and simultaneously introduced its solid-state battery technology route and full chain business layout to the outside world.

This project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and covers an area of about 150 acres. It does not only focus on a single battery production line, but also synchronously plans a solid-state battery pack production line, a multi scenario AI industry robot production line, and a low altitude integrated machine system production line, covering multiple tracks such as solid-state energy, intelligent equipment, and low altitude economy. After completion, it is expected to provide more than 500 job opportunities.

Four production bases have been established nationwide

Three dimensional Shaanxi Battery Technology Co., Ltd. will only be officially registered and established at the end of 2024, with a registered capital of 360 million yuan, fully owned by Shaanxi Guorong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. The business scope covers the entire battery manufacturing chain, energy storage services, photovoltaic equipment production, and graphite carbon material processing. The layout from upstream materials to downstream applications has been fully deployed.

Starting from 2025, the expansion pace of this enterprise will significantly accelerate. Signed a contract with Zhangjiakou Special Solid State Battery Base in Hebei Province in April 2025, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan and a planned annual production capacity of 1 GWh. In October of the same year, the 2GWh solid-state battery intelligent manufacturing project was launched in Yugan, Jiangxi, and the 1GWh solid-state lithium battery project in Longyan, Fujian officially started construction in November. It is expected to be put into trial production in the third quarter of 2026. In less than two years, four production bases have been established successively, and the total planned solid-state battery production capacity has exceeded 5GWh.

Bind downstream application scenarios and synchronize implementation

Unlike many solid-state battery companies that only focus on battery cell manufacturing, the Tai'an project is not limited to the battery production process, but directly plans the production lines of AI industry robots and low altitude equipment synchronously. It is equivalent to directly applying the technological advantages of upstream solid-state energy to the production process of downstream terminal products, without the need to separately connect with external supply chains, to complete the full chain testing and iteration from batteries to terminal equipment.
