The domestic semiconductor industry continues to expand, and the demand for industrial gas matching is synchronously increasing. Air Liquide has launched an investment plan of over 800 million yuan, and has laid out four new nitrogen production units in the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. Combined with the ongoing air separation project in Huizhou, it has improved the production capacity in southern China. With the nationwide industrial network, it provides stable high-purity gas source support for chip manufacturing in all aspects.  

New project landing promotion

Recently, Air Liquide has finalized four gas supply cooperation agreements with domestic electronics companies, with a total investment of over 800 million yuan to build and operate four sets of high-purity nitrogen production facilities, all located in the high-tech industry cluster of the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta. The total production capacity of the device can reach 100000 standard cubic meters per hour, and it is expected to be put into operation in batches from the end of 2027 to the beginning of 2028, specifically for high-purity nitrogen gas required for chip manufacturing and packaging testing. In April of this year, the group launched the Huizhou New Materials Industrial Park air separation project, which will add 800 tons of liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, liquid argon per day after production, simultaneously serving multiple fields such as semiconductor, petrochemical, and medical.

There are about 140 factories covering more than 40 cities in China. Establishing headquarters and innovation research and development center in Shanghai, and laying out equipment manufacturing bases in Yantai and Hangzhou; The production network covers the electronic industry city in the central and western parts of the Yangtze River Delta, Bohai Sea and Pearl River Delta, and operates over 400 kilometers of industrial gas pipelines in China. The Shanghai Digital Center centrally controls the stable operation of factories across the country.
