Recently, the three-day Munich Shanghai Electronics Show concluded at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As an important platform for collaborative innovation in the upstream and downstream of the Asian electronics industry, this exhibition focuses on key areas such as semiconductors, industrial intelligence, green energy, and artificial intelligence, bringing together more than 2000 leading domestic and foreign enterprises.
During the exhibition, Fusemi Technology, a subsidiary of CDHT Investment, demonstrated its full chain technical capabilities in the field of power semiconductors, from research and development, application verification to customized solution development.

The latest SiC product debut highlights the depth of core research and development
With the rapid expansion of new energy grid connection and high-power DC supercharging applications, power electronic equipment has put forward higher performance standards for power semiconductor modules. At this exhibition, Fusemi Technology showcased its new generation of SiC devices specifically designed for distribution network substations, such as solid-state transformers, and quickly became a star exhibit. Fusemi Technology's new SiC series products rely on self-developed third-generation high reliability planar gate technology, compatible with multiple mainstream packaging forms such as 62mm, ED3, Easy 2B, etc. The product adopts silicon nitride ceramic substrate packaging technology, which has outstanding heat dissipation capability, lower conduction loss, and better comprehensive performance than traditional power devices.
Among them, the 1200V SiC half bridge module specially designed for 10kV cascaded solid-state transformers is compatible with high-voltage cascaded circuits and can cope with complex working conditions such as high temperature and high frequency of equipment for a long time. By relying on the consistency and conductivity characteristics of the components, this product can help the new generation of substation equipment improve power density and comprehensively upgrade the overall operating efficiency.

IGBT product matrix continues to improve and cover diverse industrial scenarios
In addition to SiC new products, Fusemi Technology also exhibited IGBT series products covering typical application fields such as industrial control, photovoltaic energy storage, and high-frequency power supply. This series of products is based on the long-term reliability requirements of power electronics transformation scenarios, and has been optimized in terms of switch stability, conduction loss, switch loss, and resistance to harsh working conditions. With the customized power integration component solution developed independently by the enterprise, the current product portfolio has formed a complete selection path from single devices to system level applications.
At the exhibition site, industry experts and technical leaders from multiple application fields at home and abroad visited and exchanged ideas, focusing on in-depth discussions on device energy efficiency upgrades, system cost reduction and efficiency improvement, domestic batch substitution, and collaborative research and development of new products.

The technical team is stationed throughout the entire process to coordinate and promote the implementation of cooperation
During the exhibition, the R&D and application engineering team of Fusemi Technology will be stationed at the booth throughout the entire process, providing technical support from device selection, simulation to system adaptation based on the actual application scenarios of customers. Based on the working conditions of different customers, the team has formed several quantifiable and verifiable customized solutions through multiple rounds of on-site technical discussions, which have been widely recognized and laid a practical foundation for subsequent product introduction and joint research and development.

Next, Fusemi Technology will continue to focus on power semiconductor technology iteration and promote the research and development of new generation high-voltage SiC devices. Customized solutions will be launched for different application scenarios to inject new momentum into the innovative development of strategic emerging fields such as new power systems, new energy, and high-end equipment manufacturing.Editor/Min Jing
