As the the Belt and Road cooperation continues to deepen, the scientific, technological and people to people and cultural exchanges between China and Azerbaijan continue to expand. The National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan recently visited China and had in-depth discussions with the Hebei Academy of Social Sciences on joint scientific research, academic exchange, and cultural cooperation. Continuous deepening of scientific research cooperation

Seizing the opportunity of the International Talent Exchange Conference, Issa Habibbili, President of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, visited Shijiazhuang and met with Lv Xinbin, President of the Hebei Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, for exchange. Lv Xinbin said that relying on the high-level leadership of the two countries, China Arab cooperation has been expanding. Azerbaijan is one of the first countries to respond to the the Belt and Road Initiative. Since the signing of the memorandum of cooperation between the two houses in 2024, research exchanges in multiple fields have steadily advanced, and academic collaboration achievements continue to emerge.
