The Guangyuan plant in Sichuan Province has long relied on transportation for coal, resulting in low transportation efficiency and insufficient stability, which hinders the normal production and operation of the plant. With the official operation of the Yuanbaoshan Railway Dedicated Line, this transportation problem has been completely solved, and the regional energy transportation system has been upgraded.

Overcoming construction difficulties
The railway dedicated line section II is located in Baolun Town, Lizhou District, Guangyuan City. It is constructed by CR23G and has a total length of 1.55 kilometers, including 2 bridges and beam erection construction. The main line length of the bridge is 233.9 meters, and the length of the roadbed and ancillary works is 36.55 meters. The hanging basket casting of Qingjiang River Bridge is a key and difficult process along the entire line, with strict construction standards and complex procedures. The project team has optimized the construction plan multiple times, implemented 24-hour shift construction, strictly controlled construction deviations, and ensured that the bridge construction quality meets the standards. In response to the difficulties in pile foundation construction, the team adopted a segmented construction process based on on-site geology, refined survey and parameter adjustment, and built a solid foundation for the project. Innovation in bridge pier construction adopts a cross operation mode, strictly controlling key links such as steel bar binding and formwork installation, coupled with a comprehensive inspection mechanism, and ensuring quality responsibility layer by layer.
