The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference officially kicked off in Shanghai, with a special session for state-owned enterprises to release high-quality datasets and high-value application scenarios. CRCC, with its solid digital infrastructure accumulation, has successfully selected multiple core achievements for the list, showcasing its hard power in digital construction in the infrastructure field.

Deeply cultivate data and solidify the foundation of infrastructure construction

During this conference, the State owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council released the high-quality dataset of Baiyu Zhishu and high-value scenarios of Baiye Zhijing. Multiple subsidiary units of CRCC made the list, filling the gaps in digital construction in the transportation infrastructure field and laying a solid data foundation for industry transformation. Huang Changfu, member of the Standing Committee of the CRCC Party Committee and Vice President, was invited to attend and receive relevant honors.

The large shield tunnel construction dataset created by CR11G is the first multimodal dataset covering the entire life cycle of shield tunnels in China, with a total scale of over 20TB. The data comes from more than 300 key projects in more than 50 cities across the country. This dataset establishes a standardized audit system, solves the problem of industry data supply, supports eight core business scenarios, and has been applied to multiple national key railway projects.

The railway survey and design geographic geological full process dataset developed by China Railway First Institute is the only project in the railway engineering field selected for the National Data Bureau's pilot program, with a total scale of about 18TB. With more than ten core technologies developed based on this dataset, the survey cost can be reduced by 20%, greatly improving the efficiency of survey recording and safety identification, and empowering railway survey to improve quality and efficiency.

Innovation empowerment, upgrading construction efficiency

The intelligent design scenario of the overall plan for domestic land transportation created by China Railway Fourth Institute relies on domestic computing power and self-developed technology base to build a new collaborative design mode, realizing multi professional parallel collaboration and intelligent scheduling. This achievement has been implemented in multiple major railway projects both domestically and internationally, serving over 10000 kilometers of railway lines. It has increased the efficiency of engineering design by more than 40% and the efficiency of scheme generation by more than 60%, effectively improving the quality of engineering design and decision-making accuracy.
