With the accelerated development of Central Asian cities, the shortcomings of Uzbekistan's water infrastructure are becoming increasingly prominent, and the local area urgently needs advanced technology and mature experience to improve its water supply and sewage treatment system. In this context, environmental protection enterprises in Guangdong actively connect with local needs and engage in in-depth negotiations with the Ukrainian authorities to open up new channels for bilateral green infrastructure cooperation.

Water Cooperation and Innovation Bureau

The Ministry of Construction and Housing Public Services of Uzbekistan held special talks with the delegation of Guangdong Environmental Protection Group, focusing on in-depth exchanges in core areas such as water supply guarantee, sewage treatment, environmental infrastructure, and digital management of water affairs. During the meeting, Guangdong Environmental Protection Group shared in detail its mature practices in upgrading sewage facilities, optimizing water resources, operating PPP models, and digitizing urban water management. Both parties have reached a consensus to rely on technological interoperability and project implementation to effectively improve the efficiency of local water resource utilization and assist in the green transformation of urban infrastructure.

The current population, cities, and industries in Uzbekistan continue to develop, and the market demand for smart water and sewage treatment continues to rise.
