On July 30, 2026, Iranian Ambassador to China Rahmani Fazli met with Yang Wanming, President of the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. During the meeting, both sides reviewed the long history, civilization, and profound cultural origins of Iran and China, and exchanged views on deepening bilateral cooperation in cultural, social, and people to people exchanges between the two countries.
