On July 31, 2026, the X8003 China Europe freight train, loaded with textiles and white goods, slowly departed from Zhengzhou Putian Station. So far, China Railway Group Zhengzhou Bureau has operated over 2200 China Europe freight trains (Zhengzhou) this year, an increase of 25.9% compared to the same period in 2025.

Since its launch, the China Europe Express (Zhengzhou) has operated a total of 18250 trains. This steel camel team is pushing the hinterland of the Central Plains from an open defender to a forward.

Expansion of Putian Base

Export commodities are changing. New energy vehicles, engineering robots, precision equipment and other high value-added products have become the main export force, and the supply structure has completed the transformation from department stores to high-end intelligent manufacturing. The China Europe freight train (Zhengzhou) has established an international logistics network covering 29 direct overseas stations and 10 entry and exit ports, with over 53 categories and tens of thousands of imported and exported goods, serving more than 8000 overseas enterprises.

The efficiency of operation is also improving. In July, Putian Logistics Base newly opened a 4000 square meter container repair area and an 80000 square meter yard, expanding the maximum daily loading and unloading capacity from 10 trains to 14 trains.
