The Central Asian new energy market has achieved significant cooperation results, with Chinese and Korean companies forming a cooperative camp and winning a large photovoltaic order in Naren Oblast, Kyrgyzstan. After completion, the power station will become the largest photovoltaic project in the local area, and also establish a new paradigm of third-party market cooperation between the two countries' enterprises.

Project Overview
The project is located in Naren Oblast, Kyrgyzstan, with an installed capacity of 144 megawatts. China Energy Engineering Xinjiang Electric Power Design Institute and Northeast Electric Power Third Engineering Co., Ltd. form a joint venture to undertake the EPC general contracting task, responsible for project design, procurement, construction, and grid connection commissioning work. The current project has entered the preparatory stage, and all parties are orderly advancing the preliminary work.
Collaborative Value
The Chinese joint venture relies on the advantages of the entire industry chain and the experience of localization in Central Asia, and collaborates with South Korean PNH Corporation to form complementary advantages. This signing has become a typical case of third-party market cooperation between China and South Korea's clean energy enterprises. The completion of the project can improve the electricity supply in Kyrgyzstan, promote local low-carbon transformation, and also accumulate valuable practical experience for Chinese enterprises to expand the new energy track in Central Asia.Editor/Min Jing
