Recently, the Ustyurt key energy project in Uzbekistan has made significant progress. The project adopts the internationally recognized EPC service contract model, with clear rights and responsibilities. The Chinese side is responsible for drilling construction, technical management, and equipment operation and maintenance; The Ukrainian side holds all resource rights and interests in the blocks, oil wells, and oil and gas reserves.
