In 2026, the comprehensive energy project of Beijing Daxing Dual Carbon Base won a new energy investment and construction subsidy of 10.46 million yuan. This subsidy mainly targets the outstanding contributions of the project in industrial innovation, energy conservation and emission reduction, economic benefits, etc., and also provides strong support for the subsequent implementation of green and low-carbon projects. The total construction area of the project is 244900 square meters, which is the core supporting project of China Power Construction Daxing Dual Carbon Industry Innovation Base. It mainly provides centralized cooling, heating and domestic hot water services for the group's northern regional headquarters, new energy companies, Beijing Survey and Design Institute, etc. Compared to traditional air conditioning for energy supply, the project can reduce carbon emissions by 360.24 tons per year, effectively alleviating the urban heat island effect, and achieving significant environmental and social benefits.

Composite energy system shows significant effectiveness
Based on the climate characteristics of the Daxing region and the actual energy supply needs of the project, the project team has created a multi energy composite energy supply system, which is equipped with high-performance equipment such as water-cooled maglev variable frequency centrifugal chillers, water-cooled variable frequency centrifugal chillers, heat recovery full liquid water source heat pump units, variable frequency high-efficiency full liquid water source heat pump units, and is also equipped with gas heating boilers and domestic hot water boilers. The project will simultaneously construct 696 underground holes with an effective depth of 150 meters, ultimately achieving stable energy supply of 8929.08 kilowatts in summer and 9354.9 kilowatts in winter, which can fully cover the cooling, heating, and domestic hot water needs of 167600 square meters of buildings in the park.
