On August 10, 2026, Ambassador Li Qinfeng met with the newly appointed Minister of State for News and Media and Government Spokesperson of the Central African Republic, Ngammana, to congratulate him on his inauguration and exchange ideas on strengthening cooperation between the two countries' news media.  

Ngamana said that under the strategic guidance of the two heads of state, the results of the Beijing summit of the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation of the Forum on China Africa Cooperation are becoming tangible and practical cooperation projects in the Central African Republic step by step, providing a strong boost to economic and social development and improving people's lives.

China and Africa sincerely thank China for its long-term support and assistance in the development of the media industry in China and Africa. We are willing to further strengthen information sharing and media cooperation with China, jointly combat false information, and create a good, healthy, and sustainable public opinion environment for deepening the strategic partnership between the two countries.Editor/Min Jing
