On August 11, 2026, Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Ahmadinejad stated that Iran is repairing its natural gas production facilities damaged by the war and plans to increase its daily production capacity by 95 million cubic meters by the end of September.
Paknejad said that the reconstruction project of four damaged natural gas processing facilities in Iran is rapidly progressing, and the reconstruction contractors have started work. It is expected to be completed ahead of schedule and fully restore pre war production capacity.
