The National Energy Regulatory Authority of Moldova stated that there are still 75 gas stations nationwide with diesel and 27 with gasoline outages, but the number has decreased compared to the previous week. The organization stated that the refined oil market is still affected by international and regional events and price fluctuations, and the supply chain and product supply are restricted.

However, the current import volume has exceeded the daily average consumption, and inventory is gradually recovering. The Moldovan government implemented export restrictions on refined oil and diesel rationing sales at the end of July, and took economic measures to stimulate imports in response to shortages and price increases caused by regional logistics issues and Middle East conflicts. There are approximately 600 gas stations nationwide operated by over 200 licensed companies.Editor/Min Jing
