Several Central Asian countries are accelerating the upgrading of energy infrastructure. Uzbekistan is actively introducing advanced drilling equipment to fill the gap in oil and gas production capacity, and working with Chinese enterprises to explore new space for energy development.

Recently, Uzbekistan's National Oil and Gas Company has held cooperation talks with Honghua Group, planning to purchase 5 sets of automated drilling rigs, including 4 sets of ZJ70 drilling rigs and 1 set of ZJ90 drilling rig. This equipment procurement is an important measure for Uzbekistan to cope with the reduction of production in old gas fields and accelerate the development of new wells, which can effectively improve the efficiency of local drilling operations.

Both parties also exchanged ideas on optimizing equipment costs, improving economic benefits, and establishing long-term cooperation mechanisms. This cooperation will help Honghua Group deepen its cultivation of the Central Asian market, promote the gradual transition from equipment supply to deep oil and gas technology cooperation, and assist in the upgrading of the Central Asian energy industry.Editor/Min Jing
