Deeply cultivating the overseas energy market, Chinese enterprises have once again unlocked new achievements in cross-border cooperation. CCDC has reached a deep cooperation consensus with Uzbekistan National Oil and Gas Company, finalizing multiple core cooperation directions to support local energy industry innovation through technology implementation.

Finalize the blueprint for cooperation

Recently, CCDC and Uzbekistan National Oil and Gas Company have finalized four priority areas of cooperation. Both sides rely on China's advanced technology and mature experience to address local oil and gas production pain points and strive to improve overall production efficiency. Both parties reviewed the details of past cooperation, sorted out the practical difficulties in production, and clarified that the implementation of various cooperation will be promoted through the mode of technology empowerment and pilot first.

Pilot implementation empowerment

The four major cooperation directions determined this time include digital transformation of drilling, improvement of natural gas recovery rate in gas fields, geological exploration, and engineering design. Both sides plan to launch pilot projects simultaneously in various fields to adapt Chinese technology to the geological and production conditions of the oil and gas fields in Wudang, and to conduct on-site inspections of the practicality and adaptability of the technology. Collaboration abandons the single technology display mode, focuses on frontline production needs, and gradually promotes the implementation and application of technology. Keywords: Uzbekistan, energy cooperation

Assist in industrial innovation

After the implementation of each pilot project, the local oil and gas production system will be comprehensively optimized. Digitalization of drilling can improve operational and management efficiency, while enhanced recovery technology can activate existing gas field resources. Precise exploration can explore new oil and gas resources, and optimizing engineering design can improve the entire project development process. This cooperation can not only establish a long-term and stable mutually beneficial cooperation pattern, but also promote the modernization and digital transformation of Uzbekistan's energy industry, accelerate the upgrading of local industries.Editor/Min Jing
