The latest data released by the China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing shows that in the first seven months of 2026, China's logistics operations continued to develop steadily with progress, demonstrating resilience and vitality.

From January to July, the total amount of social logistics in China was 21.45 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 5.0%. The total logistics volume maintains steady growth, and the demand structure is further optimized. The basic situation of industrial logistics is stable, and the manufacturing industry remains the core engine of growth. In July, the logistics demand related to manufacturing increased by 5.5% year-on-year. Among them, the logistics demand for equipment manufacturing and high-tech manufacturing increased by 12.3% and 16.9% respectively year-on-year, further highlighting their supporting role.

Resident consumption logistics maintains resilient growth. From January to July, the total logistics volume of goods between units and residents increased by 3.7% year-on-year. With the gradual implementation of policies and measures to expand domestic demand and promote consumption, the quality of development of residents' consumption logistics demand continues to improve. The innovation of commercial circulation scenarios is accelerating, and the logistics demand in county-level markets is expanding at an accelerated pace.

In terms of import logistics, the continuous release of production demand in domestic fields such as computer communication electronics, intelligent and automated equipment manufacturing has driven industrial upgrading, and the import volume of related goods has maintained growth.
