At the launch ceremony of the intelligent computing project in Shunde, Foshan, a row of 140kW liquid cooled cabinet prototypes have just completed power on demonstrations, and the Prolos Foshan Intelligent Computing Center has officially announced the start of construction.

This project, with a total scale of over 200MW and a total investment of about 4 billion yuan, will become one of the largest intelligent computing clusters in the Guangdong Hong Kong Macao Greater Bay Area. Based on Prolos' more than 20 years of accumulated experience in industrial facility development, the construction speed of domestic intelligent computing centers is being redefined.

In the first half of 2026, the scale of newly added intelligent computing installed capacity in China increased by 62% year-on-year, and the landing pace of high-density liquid cooled computing power is continuously accelerating.

Wind liquid mixing scheme adapted to high-density computing power requirements

The project innovation adopts a wind liquid hybrid cooling architecture, landing a 140kW level liquid cooling cluster, accurately matching the high-power density operation requirements of the next generation of large model training and inference. The PUE is controlled within 1.15, achieving the leading green intelligent computing energy efficiency level in China.

Different from the on-site pouring construction mode of the traditional data center, the core components of the project are all built by factory prefabrication and on-site assembly, and the overall construction period is directly reduced by more than 50%. It only takes about 4 months to complete the delivery of 40MW IT load in Phase I, greatly reducing the waiting period for the head Internet enterprises to land their computing power.

Building a nationwide multi-point layout and computing power network

Prolos had previously signed an agreement with the Ulanqab Municipal Government in July 2026 to plan a 2000 acre GW level green power intelligent computing base in Chahar Right Wing Middle Banner, using an integrated source grid load storage model to promote on-site consumption of green power.

At the same time, relying on its own experience in operating industrial facilities of over 40 million square meters, it has rapidly expanded its computing power supply through the renovation of existing logistics properties. The first phase of Changshu Southeast Data Center has been delivered at full capacity, and the Dongguan Xiegang project completed the 20000 square meter property renovation in just one month, landing a 10000 card level intelligent computing cluster.
