With the slow departure of the 56042 cold slip inspection track operation vehicle from Bayanhot Station, the Yinchuan to Bayanhot Railway Inner Mongolia section's contact network cold slip test has officially started. This railway connecting Ningxia and Inner Mongolia has entered an important testing stage before its opening. Cold sliding development

Recently, the work vehicle entered the blocked section from DK110+070 to DK36+060 and started the cold slip test operation. The electrification project undertaken by CR21G entered the critical dynamic detection stage before opening to traffic, laying a solid foundation for subsequent contact network live and hot slip tests and joint debugging and testing. The cold sliding test of the overhead contact system is a non electric physical examination before the electrified railway is electrified. The track operation vehicle is equipped with detection equipment and slides back and forth at a predetermined speed. Technical personnel collect multiple parameters such as lead height, pull-out value, and wire smoothness with the vehicle to verify the matching status of the overhead contact system and inspect the construction quality of the overhead contact system.

Building a secure foundation

The project team prepares a special test plan and emergency response plan in advance, implements safety technical disclosure and emergency drills, and clarifies the operation process and risk points for all participants. Throughout the experiment, railway blockade operation management was carried out, with closed-loop control over line monitoring, vehicle operation, data collection, and other aspects. Technicians record various indicators in real-time with the vehicle, mark and file problems in a timely manner, establish a problem ledger for rectification and cancellation, and ensure that all indicators meet the standards. This cold sliding test marks a new stage in the dynamic performance testing of the Inner Mongolia section of the Yinba branch line's four electricity project, transitioning from static installation to dynamic performance testing.
