In the AI park in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, liquid cooling pipelines have been laid along the exterior walls of the A201 data center. On September 14, 2026, Bit Deer officially signed a 10-year service agreement, and the 65.1 MW A202 liquid cooled AI computing power facility was directly deployed in the same park, marking the completion of Southeast Asia's largest single batch AI computing power expansion project.

The expansion of the same park has accelerated the pace of construction

A202 is the largest single batch AI computing power project implemented by Bit Deer in Southeast Asia, and is expected to be officially launched in the third quarter of 2027. It shares all power, liquid cooling, and network infrastructure with the existing 21.7 MW A201 facility, without the need for land acquisition and development. It directly relies on mature parks to expand computing power, greatly shortening the construction period.

The entire facility is customized for liquid cooled rack level NVIDIA systems and can fully support new generation AI computing platforms such as GB300 NVL72 and Vera Rubin. After both facilities are fully operational, the total power capacity of this Johor campus will reach 86.8 megawatts, becoming the leading liquid cooled AI computing cluster in Southeast Asia.

Step on the window of explosive computing power in the middle area

The implementation of the project coincides with Malaysia's 2030 Digital Action Plan, and the local government is striving to achieve the goal of 30% of GDP in the digital economy by 2030. By the end of 2026, the total capacity of data centers in the country will exceed 2055 megawatts. BitLittle Deer currently has a locked AI cloud computing capacity of 206.5 megawatts, achieving nearly 60% of its total target of 350 megawatts by 2028, with a total project reserve value of over 7 billion US dollars.

The project adopts a light asset model where customer prepayments cover over 50% of capital expenditures, and relies on contracted cash flow financing to supplement remaining investments. As of August 2026, Bit Deer has deployed 4328 GPUs, with a stable computing power utilization rate of 92%. The annual operating revenue of AI cloud has reached 86 million US dollars, and the total revenue of 5-year long-term orders locked in the Johor project has exceeded 800 million US dollars. When the circulating water flow of the liquid cooling system begins to take away the high heat of the GB300 chip, this computing power park in southern Eurasia is becoming an irreplaceable key node in the global AI computing power supply chain.Editor/Cheng Liting
