The autumn wind in Heilongjiang has just swept over the construction site fence in Songbei New District, and two excavators have started to level the construction land of Changyue Xinghan Intelligent Computing Center. Recently, two major smart computing projects in the province have completed registration simultaneously, with a total investment of 1.98 billion yuan landing in Harbin and Mudanjiang, adding a key increment to the construction of computing infrastructure in Northeast China.

The Songbei New Area has launched a domestic chip intelligent computing cluster
The Changyue Xinghan Intelligent Computing Center in Songbei District, Harbin has a total investment of 1 billion yuan and covers a total area of 11200 square meters. It will build a 12320 square meter comprehensive office building and computing power center, fully in accordance with the national A-level data center standards. The project plans to deploy 125 40kW liquid cooled cabinets, matched with 20 10kW storage racks, with a total computing power of 5000kW.

The core computing power of the project is entirely based on domestic chip solutions. It is planned to purchase 1000 8-card GPU servers, with a single card dual core FP16 sparse computing power of 850TFLOPS, a total computing power scale of about 6800P, and a usable GPU card count of 8000 cards. Supporting IB networking CPU servers and secure storage racks, with a single rack power of 10kW and a total power of 200kW, the entire cluster is fully compatible with large model training and local industry computing power service needs.
The intelligent computing project in Linkou County will be promoted in stages
The Shuheng Intelligent Computing Center in Linkou County, Mudanjiang City has a total investment of 980 million yuan and an overall computing power scale of 2000 PFlops (FP16). The project is being constructed in stages. The first phase will be the first to implement a computing power scale of 1000 PFlops (FP16), quickly forming an intelligent computing cluster that can provide external services.

The project will synchronize the operation of artificial intelligence computing power servers, storage servers, and core network switches to build a low latency and high reliability intelligent computing base. Relying on the abundant green power resources and low-temperature natural cooling conditions in the local area, the PUE of the project operation can be controlled within 1.2, significantly reducing the energy consumption cost of computing power operation.
