The wave of infrastructure construction in the Middle East continues to surge, and there is a strong demand for upgrading the supporting facilities of the cement industry. Based on years of local project accumulation, SINOMA has once again won the bid for a new silo project for a local cement enterprise in the United Arab Emirates, expanding its cooperation boundaries and expanding its influence in the infrastructure markets of multiple Middle Eastern countries.

UAE receives another order
Al Khaimah Cement Company in the United Arab Emirates has awarded SINOMA an EPC contract to construct two cement silos and supporting conveying systems, with a designed processing capacity of 1500 tons per day for a single system. The contract was awarded on September 1, 2026, and the contract amount has not been announced yet. Ras Al Khaimah Cement Company was established in 1995 and is a local cement enterprise in the United Arab Emirates. Both parties have had cooperation for a long time. SINOMA has built a waste heat power generation project for it, and the unit was put into stable operation in 2016. It also continues to provide maintenance services such as inspection and spare parts supply. This cooperation extends from waste heat power generation to the field of warehousing and logistics facilities.

Multiple countries have made consecutive breakthroughs
In recent years, SINOMA has continued to expand into the Middle East cement market and has successively won various EPC projects in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and the United Arab Emirates. In Iraq, SINOMA has been awarded the EPC contract for a 6000 ton daily cement production line in Basra, covering the entire cement production process. At the same time, we won the second production line project of Sulaymaniyah Brick Factory, with a daily production capacity of 750 tons. After completion, we will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of two production lines. The two parties have cooperated to build the first brick factory production line in 2022. In January 2026, Satyamama Cement Company handed over the production line expansion project to SINOMA for implementation, upgrading the existing production line and adding storage and fully automated shipping facilities. In 2022, SINOMA had built a clinker production line for it and expanded it to a daily output of 12500 tons. Keywords: Middle East cement market, EPC contract

Layout continues to extend
SINOMA's Middle East territory has also extended to the Syrian market. In November 2025, SINOMA signed contracts with local enterprises overseas to build a new cement plant in Damascus with a planned annual production capacity of 1.17 million tons. Many Middle Eastern countries are vigorously promoting infrastructure and industrial construction, and there is a strong demand for cement construction, renovation, and upgrading. Relying on a series of landing projects, SINOMA continues to consolidate its regional market advantages and assist in local industrialization construction.Editor/Min Jing
