The deployment plan for liquid cooled cabinets in the office buildings in the south of Pazhou has been clearly implemented. On September 16th, the Guangzhou Development and Reform Commission officially approved the energy-saving report of the Xinyue Intelligent Computing Center project, and agreed in principle to the project construction plan. Pazhou Computing Valley will add another intelligent computing node with a computing power scale of over 6000PFLOPS.
Nearly 100 million yuan computing power nodes have landed in the core area of Pazhou
The project is located in Building 2 of AH090633 plot in Pazhou South District, with a total investment of about 980 million yuan. It is expected to be officially put into operation in December 2027. Based on the leased 7057.67 square meters of five story building space, it plans to deploy 46 45 kW liquid cooled cabinets, 196 22 kW liquid cooled cabinets, and 77 8 kW air-cooled cabinets, with a total capacity of about 6484.9PFLOPS@FP16 .

The total number of standard racks converted for the project is about 2799.2, and the total computing power scale can support parallel training and inference services for dozens of large models. It will be directly connected to the existing computing power scheduling network of Pazhou Computing Valley, providing low latency computing power support for local AI enterprises and digital cultural and creative institutions in Guangzhou. As of the third quarter of 2026, the total scale of the intelligent computing center in Pazhou Computing Valley has exceeded 3.2EFLOPS, and the regional computing power agglomeration effect continues to amplify.
PUE below 1.2, 100% green electricity consumption locked in
The annual comprehensive energy consumption of the project shall not exceed 7858.86 tons of standard coal, and its annual electricity consumption shall not exceed 63.8171 million kilowatt hours. The energy ratio of the data center shall be controlled within 1.20, reaching the first tier level of energy efficiency in domestic intelligent computing centers. The total annual carbon dioxide emissions are not more than 28234.94 tons, and the carbon emission intensity per unit of industrial added value is 1.061 tons of carbon dioxide per 10000 yuan, which is much lower than the average level of similar data centers in Guangzhou.

The project has made a clear commitment to 100% green electricity consumption and will fulfill its green electricity obligations by fully purchasing green electricity certificates, fully meeting the requirements of Guangdong's computing power facility green electricity consumption assessment. This is also the third fully green smart computing project in Pazhou Suaogu that has passed the energy-saving review this year, and the pace of regional computing and intelligent computing collaboration is continuously accelerating.
