Where will global trade go in the digital wave? How should the international community adapt to the situation? What role can China play in it? I would like to share some thoughts with everyone.

Firstly, to gain insights into the new changes and trends in international economic and trade development through digital trade. The booming rise of digital trade has brought new impetus and opportunities, ushering in a vast blue ocean for the world economy, making it easier for countries to connect their markets, and accelerating innovative development in global trade. Along with it, some problems and challenges such as new development differentiation, new economic and trade barriers, and new rule deficiencies have become more prominent and complex.

Secondly, promote better development of global trade in the digital age with an open mind. In the face of the trend of economic globalization, the international community should cooperate sincerely. We need to strengthen digital connectivity and promote freer trade. We will firmly promote the integration and mutual recognition of standards, and promote organic synergy among markets of various countries. To bridge the digital divide and promote more inclusive trade. Strengthen North South cooperation in the field of digital trade, and increase support for developing countries in areas such as technology, infrastructure, and personnel training. To improve digital governance and promote more orderly trade. Respect the reality of each country, better leverage the role of mechanisms such as the World Trade Organization, accelerate consultations on rules related to digital trade, oppose factionalism and exclusive arrangements, strive to find the greatest common denominator, and build a fair and reasonable economic and trade order.

Thirdly, China will contribute more to global digital trade through practical actions. We will continue to expand the demand for digital consumption, implement actions to enhance digital consumption, deepen the integration of artificial intelligence and consumption, further relax market access, optimize cross-border e-commerce retail import policies, and share market opportunities with other countries. We will continue to strengthen the support for the digital industry, accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system, enhance international exchanges and cooperation in the digital field, and empower the global digitalization process. China's development of artificial intelligence and other technologies adheres to the open source and open path, building a "digital ladder" that all countries can climb. We will continue to optimize the digital development environment, strengthen the standardization of digital trade, improve data infrastructure systems and regulatory models, promote digital trade investment cooperation, and contribute Chinese solutions to improving international rules.

Malaysian Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim, Kyrgyzstan Prime Minister Kassem Aliyev, and others attended the launch ceremony and delivered speeches.
