The first phase of Changchun Metro Line 5 runs from southwest to northeast of Changchun, with a total length of 19.5 kilometers and 18 underground stations. After its opening, the total operating mileage increased to 194.1 kilometers. CRFG is responsible for the construction and full track laying of approximately 1.9 kilometers of Yatai Street Station, Dongdaqiao Station, and related sections. The work area is located in the core of the old city area, with dense buildings and complex pipelines. It is close to the Yitong River and runs through a water rich sandy formation, making the construction site cramped. The project team optimized the station structure plan to address the risk of the inability to relocate the large sewage pipeline above Dongdaqiao Station and resolve the hidden dangers; Innovatively adopting the longitudinal split half open half cover construction technology on the turnaround line to solve the problem of narrow space; Implement an automated monitoring system for the rich water sand layer, strictly control settlement and deformation around the clock, and overcome technical difficulties such as water and sand influx. Faced with the objective condition of a short construction window in winter in Northeast China, the project department seized the golden period of construction, adhered to model guidance and process signboard acceptance, and achieved the opening and operation conditions of the entire line indicators. During the construction period, civilized construction should be placed in a prominent position, a normalized resident communication mechanism should be established, high noise operation periods should be dynamically adjusted according to demands, environmental protection measures such as bare soil coverage and regular watering to suppress dust should be implemented, and the completed area should be cleared and returned to the public in a timely manner. The party branch of the project carries out joint construction between enterprises and local areas, jointly visits sanitation workers, and effectively fulfills the social responsibility of central enterprises.
