Recently, the integrated project of biomass bio manufacturing, green hydrogen bio diesel bio aviation coal bio based materials by Sanbei Bioenergy Technology Inner Mongolia Co., Ltd. has been officially registered. The project is located in Tumote Right Banner, Baotou City. It plans to use non grain biomass and organic waste as raw materials to build an integrated production system covering multiple categories such as bio based materials, green hydrogen, biofuels, bio calcium carbonate, and feed products. The project is scheduled to commence in October 2026 and be completed in October 2028, with a construction period of approximately two years.

The total investment of the project is 580 million yuan

The project is located on the Jiuyi project site in Shanggejia Chemical Concentration Zone, Goumen Town, Tumote Right Banner, Baotou City. The project unit is Sanbei Bioenergy Technology Inner Mongolia Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 580 million yuan, equivalent to 580 million yuan. The total planned area of the project is 66700 square meters, with a total construction area of 60000 square meters. Among them, there is one newly built factory and office complex area with a building area of 20000 square meters; Four new production workshops with a total construction area of 40000 square meters will be built; At the same time, supporting facilities such as air separation units, boiler units, storage tanks, and other public works and auxiliary facilities will be constructed.

Constructing a circular system for four types of raw materials

Multi generation layout of four production lines

The project plans to construct four production lines, forming a pattern of multi generation and circular utilization. The wood fiber biomass production line produces 300000 tons of biomass alloy composite materials and products annually, 60000 tons of lignin based antibiotic preparations, and 300000 tons of multi-component biomass slurry annually. The diversified biological slurry conversion production line produces 65000 tons of green hydrogen, 538000 tons of food grade biological calcium carbonate, and 30000 tons of new humic acid organic mineral matrix annually. The green biomass matured feed production line produces 1 million tons of matured feed annually. The non grain oil containing plant fruit transformation production line produces 200000 tons of bio aviation coal, 60000 tons of biodiesel, and 30000 tons of fermented protein feed annually.
