Mutual promotion of scientific research standards

PipeChina implements a new energy security strategy and integrates standardization into the entire chain of technological innovation in the new power system. The company promotes the establishment of the IEC SC8D Power Meteorology Sub Technical Committee and serves as the secretariat. One expert has been elected as a formal member of the IEC Market Strategy Bureau, and two experts have been appointed as leaders of ITU-T related task groups. They have led the project of over 100 international standards and established the industry's first digital standard system. The IEC/IEEE dual identification international standard for smart hydropower plants has won the special prize in the standard category of the 2025 Power Innovation Award, and the standards related to wind power grid connected electrochemical energy storage have successively won industry awards. In 2026, the company will lead the release of 57 national standards and 148 industry standards. Build a solid standard base

PipeChina is accelerating the improvement of its quality infrastructure, and the National Quality Standards Laboratory for New Power Systems has been selected for the first batch of cultivation. The company will coordinate the construction of eight technology standard innovation bases, develop a large-scale model for power AI standards, release the first national standard for power large-scale model evaluation, and initiate multiple international standard revision work.
