The Serbian capital has taken a crucial step in the construction of rail transit, with multiple parties signing an interface agreement in Belgrade to clarify the cooperation boundaries between different sectors such as civil engineering, vehicle signaling, etc. This is the first fully automatic subway in the area, gathering the strength of multiple multinational enterprises. Chinese enterprises are responsible for civil engineering, while French enterprises are in charge of vehicle systems, working together to fill the transportation gaps in Balkan cities.

Agreement finalized collaboration framework
According to the official website of the Belgrade Municipal Government, the Belgrade Metro Company POWERCHINA Alstom and the Belgrade Public Transport Secretariat have jointly signed a contract. This agreement is an integral part of the original contract, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of the owner contractor consulting agency and the cooperation mode, marking the full implementation of the contractual relationship for the supply of trains in the first phase of the civil engineering transportation system. The entire line is 21.3 kilometers long, with 23 stations and 13 evacuation ventilation shafts supporting the Makish vehicle depot. The first phase is 15.4 kilometers long, with 15 stations and an underground section of about 10 kilometers. The second phase will continue to extend for 7 kilometers.

Multi party division of labor with different focuses
The project process is complex, involving civil engineering, rail power supply, signal communication vehicles, and the participation of German and French consulting integration units. The interface protocol is unified to standardize the interface and construction period of all parties. POWERCHINA has won the civil engineering of all three sections in the first phase, responsible for the design and construction of the Markish vehicle depot. The third section is the core mainline of the project. CRCHI provides earth pressure balance shield tunneling machines, while the CRDC consortium undertakes technical work such as feasibility study and environmental impact assessment for Line 3. System delivery locking target
Alstom undertakes the first phase of the system and vehicle turnkey project with a total contract amount of 915 million euros, delivering 32 Metropolis three car unmanned trains, supporting Urbalis CBTC system communication signal traction power supply platform screen door depot equipment control center and network security system. Align technical requirements from all parties to clear obstacles for subsequent construction and system integration, and promote the realization of Serbia's dream subway travel.Editor/Min Jing
