The computing power network is the fundamental support for the development of artificial intelligence. As a major project of the 15th Five Year Plan, in the first year of its implementation, the computing power network has been accelerated and upgraded, and various regions have promoted the construction of Digital China according to local conditions.

With the layout of computing power hubs in the eight major countries, the construction of a national integrated computing power network is underway. Nowadays, the eight major hubs are showcasing their strengths and continuously accelerating their development.

In the East China Sea, the Shanghai Lingang Wind Power Direct Connected Underwater Data Center has recently achieved full commercial operation. Domestic operators and leading AI big model enterprises have connected to underwater computing resources to carry out commercial applications such as domestic big model inference and scientific computing.

In the Qingyang East Data West Computing Industrial Park in Gansu Province, a new data center is being intensively constructed, with over 12000 standard cabinets about to be fully put into operation for training and inference of large models. The added computing power will compress the iteration and upgrade cycle of intelligent driving large models from monthly to hourly.

In Zhongwei, Ningxia, in response to the significant increase in orders this year, the Western Cloud Base Computing Center, which is currently under construction, has started winter construction mode to catch up with the progress.

The increasingly widespread national integrated computing power network is connecting the demand in the east with the resources in the west, serving the real economy and benefiting people's lives.

The 26 computing power centers in Helingeer New Area, Inner Mongolia, have entered the stage of large-scale construction, and a batch of intelligent applications targeting characteristic industries are accelerating their implementation. The vertical large-scale model of forage makes bulk forage trading as convenient as online shopping, and the cow face recognition AI system achieves accurate identification of cow identity. The computing power is activating the new quality productivity of traditional agriculture and animal husbandry, empowering the development of smart pastures.

In Gui'an New Area, Guizhou, another data center is being intensively constructed here, which will provide support for more livelihood scenarios such as intelligent driving, intelligent transportation, and intelligent elderly care. The AI assistant created by artificial intelligence and government services builds a comprehensive intelligent agent for government services, promotes the intelligence of government services, and continuously improves the convenience of public affairs and the efficiency of matter approval.

In Karamay, Xinjiang, massive oilfield production data, dynamic analysis and intelligent research and judgment collected in real time run through the whole chain of oil and gas production, and the once Gobi Oil City has accelerated its transformation into a new town of computing power.
