The train is full of 100 TEUs, equipped with daily necessities, small household appliances, fitness equipment, auto parts, textiles, toys, postal parcels and cross-border e-commerce parcels, etc. The value of the train is about 1.44 million US dollars. The train will leave the country via the Alashankou port in Xinjiang and is expected to arrive at the Belgian Liege logistics multimodal freight station in 16 days. After customs clearance, the cargo will be distributed to relevant European countries to help Europe fight the epidemic and restore economic and social order.

Since 2020, in the face of the impact of the epidemic, the railway department has conscientiously implemented the central government’s “six stability” and “six guarantees” decision-making and deployment, actively adapted to the new development pattern of domestic and international dual-cycle mutual promotion, and continuously improved China-Europe classes. From January 1st to November 18th, 2020, the Yiwu China-Europe Express Line opened a total of 813 trains, transporting 67,124 TEUs, and the shipment volume increased by 122% year-on-year.
