Recently, the China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau referendum project added new members, winning the bid for the China Guangfa Bank Headquarters Building and the Super High-rise Twin Towers of China Life Building, with a bid of 2.15 billion yuan.

Project details

The Guangfa and Life Building Projects are located in the starting area of the Guangzhou Financial City. They are two 230-meter high-rise office buildings that will become another landmark building in the starting area of the Guangzhou Financial City. The total construction area is 275,000 square meters. The total construction area of the China Life Building project is 137,000 square meters, with a building height of 229.8 meters, 50 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. China Guangfa Bank Headquarters Building has a total construction area of 137,000 square meters, a building height of 230 meters, 48 floors above ground and 5 floors underground. The two buildings are connected by a corridor, which is located on the 5th floor. The corridor has a total construction area of 1900.5 square meters and a height of 31 meters.

After the completion of the project, China Construction Fourth Engineering Bureau built another landmark building in Guangzhou, which became a new business card for corporate development, and at the same time injected new vitality into the development of Guangzhou. Editor/Peng Xue
