According to reports, the first-phase project of Nanjing Metro Line 11 approved this time starts from Maluowei Station in the south, along Pubin Road, Wanshou Road, Puzhu North Road, Jiangshan Road, and ends at Puzhou Road Station. The total length of the line is about 26.7 kilometers, of which the elevated section is about 0.92 kilometers long, the transition section is about 0.28 kilometers long, and the underground section is about 25.5 kilometers long.

There are 20 stations on the whole line, including 19 newly built stations, all underground stations, namely Shitang Park Station, Lvshuiwan Station, Xingzhi Road Station, Miaodong Road Station, Zhujiang South Station, Forest Avenue Station, Pukou Wanhui Cheng Station, Qilihe West Station, Qilihe East Station, Central Business District Station, Business East Street Station, Nanjing Railway Institute Station, Xinma Road Station, Pudong Road Station, Liuzhou Road Station, Daqiao Station, Nanpu Road Station, Liuzhou East Road Station, At Puzhou Road Station, one existing elevated station, namely Maluowei Station, was reconstructed.

There are 9 transfer stations on the whole line to transfer with 10 subway lines, namely, Maluowei Station and the existing S3 line, Lvshuiwan Station and the planned line 15 interchange, Miaodong Road Station and the planned line 17 Transfer, transfer between Pukou Wanhuicheng Station and existing Line 10, transfer between Central Business District Station and Line 4 under construction and planned Line 13, transfer between Nanjing Railway Institute Station and Planning Line 18, Pudong Road Station Transfer with the planned line 15; transfer at Daqiao Station to the S8 line under construction; transfer to the existing line 3 at Liuzhou East Road Station.
