In early July 2021, the good news followed one after another that the China Construction First Bureau won the bid for four projects including the Unicorn Eco-Island in Zibo High-tech Zone, with a contract value of 3.25 billion yuan. The project is located in the High-tech Zone of Zibo City, Shandong Province. The construction content includes four projects including the Unicorn Eco-Island and the Central Ecological Park Golden Belt Green Valley Science and Technology Exhibition and Exchange Center. After completion, it will become a strategy integrating finance, business, technology and culture to drive the rapid development of Zibo's high-tech innovation industry.

The total construction area of the Unicorn Eco Island is about 91,000 square meters. After the project is completed, it will become a research and display base for unicorn business incubation products. Central Ecological ParkThe planned construction area is about 35.24 hectares. After completion, the unicorn ecological island will be included to help Zibo High-tech Zone build.
