On July 12, the 2021 summer key projects in Shenyang Liaozhong District started concentratedly and the groundbreaking ceremony of the Yunda Northeast (Liaozhong) Express Supply Chain Headquarters Base Project was held in Shenyang Offshore Economic Zone. According to reports, 14 key projects including Yunda Northeast (Liaozhong) Express Supply Chain Headquarters Base and Libang Eco-Agricultural Technology (Liaoning) Co., Ltd. Fresh Meat Processing, etc., will be launched this year. The investment is 890 million yuan, involving many fields such as machinery manufacturing, deep processing of agricultural products, and modern service industries.

From January to June 2021, Liaozhong District has signed 59 projects of more than 100 million yuan, with a total contract value of 40.57 billion yuan, 35 projects of more than 100 million yuan, and a contracted conversion rate of 59.3%. As of 2021, 85 projects have been resumed, accounting for 85% of the 2021 plan. There are 85 projects with reserves of more than 100 million yuan, an increase of 6 over the same period in 2020, with a total investment of 16.35 billion yuan.
