On November 11, 2022, Sichuan Public Resources Trading Center released the investor bidding announcement of Luzhou Gulin Expressway Project. The project belongs to the industry highway, and the tenderee is Luzhou Municipal People's Government. The total investment of the project is about 30.353 billion yuan.

Luzhou Gulin Expressway Project

The project starts near Quba, Naxi District, connects with G76 Xiamen Chengdu Expressway, passes through Dagu Town, Naxi District, Xianglin Town and Dashi Town, Xuyong County, Huangjing Town and Gulin County seat, connects with Xugu Expressway, and connects with Gulin Jinsha Expressway under construction. The total length of the project is 100.15km.

The main line of the project adopts the technical standard of fully controlled access and full interchange six lane expressway, with a design speed of 100km/h and a subgrade width of 33.5m. The design vehicle load of bridge and culvert adopts highway class I; Asphalt concrete pavement. Other technical indicators comply with the relevant provisions of the Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTGB01-2014) issued by the Ministry of Transport.

G93 Chengdu Chongqing Ring Expressway New Naxi New City Interchange Project

The project route starts from the south end of the north-south trunk road (Mianpo Avenue) under construction in Naxi District, Luzhou City, and extends to the southeast. A "B" single trumpet interchange is set up with the existing G93 Chengdu Chongqing Ring Expressway, and 5-in and 7-out toll stations and management station buildings are set up on the connecting line. The width of single lane ramp in this project is 9.0m. The width of double lane ramp is 10.5m, and the design speed is 60/40Km/h. Other technical indicators comply with Technical Standards for Highway Engineering (JTGB01-2014), Specifications for Design of Highway Routes (JTGD20-2017) and Detailed Rules for Design of Highway Interchanges (JTG/TD21-2014) issued by the Ministry of Communications.

Planned construction period: Luzhou Gulin Expressway Project is expected to last for 4 years, and Naxi New City Interchange Project of G93 Chengdu Chongqing Ring Expressway is expected to last for 1.5 years.
