On the morning of May 9, 2024, Hebei Zhangjiakou wind power photovoltaic comprehensive utilization (hydrogen production) demonstration project activities were held in Kangbao Hongmeng New Energy Phase I hydrogen production plant project base.

It is understood that Hebei Hongmeng New Energy Co., Ltd. Kangbao scenery hydrogen production project covers a total area of 602 acres, with a total investment of 4.1 billion yuan. Among them, the first phase of the project covers an area of 207 acres, investment of 773 million yuan, the planned investment of 150 million yuan in 2024, the average investment of 3.73 million yuan per mu, the main construction of hydrogen production and affiliated liquefaction, storage, charging facilities, hydrogen production capacity of 20,000 standard square per hour, about 30 tons of hydrogen per day, supporting the construction of 5-10 tons of hydrogen liquefaction equipment per day. After the completion of the first phase of the project, the annual output value of power generation and hydrogen production is expected to be about 600 million yuan, the annual tax is 102 million yuan, the average tax of 490,000 yuan per mu, and more than 80 new jobs.
