On July 10th, with the installation of the last T-beam in place, all 49 24 meter T-beams of the 8th bridge of Zhejiang Jiaotong Tajikistan ON2 project under Zhejiang Jiaotong Group were erected, marking the completion of the project's beam and slab erection work.

The No. 8 bridge constructed this time is a simply supported beam bridge, with a total length of 169.49 meters and a T-beam length of 24 meters per span, totaling 7 spans. The single beam weighs about 40 tons, and the pier columns are as high as 22 meters, making it the tallest and longest bridge in the project. Due to the bridge standing on the valley, the river water rises sharply during rainfall, and temporary bridges often face the risk of being washed away. Additionally, the river channel is not navigable, posing great challenges to construction. Therefore, Bridge No. 8 has become one of the important engineering nodes of this project.

In order to solve construction problems and reduce construction costs, the project department conducted multiple on-site inspections and in-depth research, fully explored and utilized local resources, and ultimately decided to adopt the bridge erecting machine scheme for beam erection. In addition, the project department boldly innovated by transforming the flatbed locomotive into two dedicated beam transport vehicles, effectively solving the difficulty of beam transport and achieving the goal of improving transportation efficiency and construction efficiency, greatly shortening the construction period.
