China Road and Bridge Corporation signs contract for Uzbekistan road project

On October 11th, the Uzbekistan office of China Road and Bridge Corporation and the Road Committee of the Ministry of Transport of Uzbekistan officially signed the commercial contract for the 40km renovation and expansion project of M39 road, LOT1 and LOT2 sections.

The M39 road structure is a cement concrete pavement with four lanes in both directions, including 11 bridges. The project is jointly funded by the Islamic Development Bank and the OPEC International Development Fund. The implementation of the project will promote regional economic development, enhance the transportation capacity and sustainable development level of the state where the project is located.
