Recently, Zhou Kun, Chairman of Yunnan Haicheng Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (Haicheng Holdings), and Yan Weihua, General Manager of China National Electric Engineering Corporation, signed the general contracting contract for the construction of China-Laos Mohan-Moten Economic Cooperation Zone project on behalf of both parties.

The signing marks the beginning of a new chapter of cooperation between Haicheng Holdings and China National Electric Engineering Corporation, and jointly presses the accelerator for the construction of Mohan-Moten Economic Cooperation Zone.

At the signing ceremony, Zhou Kun gave a detailed introduction to the development history and future strategic planning of Haicheng Holdings, especially the industrial layout and fruitful results under the Belt and Road Initiative; he said that this cooperation will inject strong impetus into the project construction.
